Dreams - Telford

I was met as I entered the store by John, with whom I had spoken on the telephone earlier this morning. I told him my requirements and he advised and explained accordingly. John offered me a coffee and another attendant made it - to my specification! 😀

We just got what we needed

Claire who helped me chose and then place the order was very friendly and gave me all the info I needed to make my choice

The assistant was very helpful and not pushy and when we told him what we were after, he took us to it straight away

Staff very helpful with advice and knowledge

Staff welcoming at the beginning and we were left to wander around without being hassled and then the timing of intervention from staff was Jusitice right . All very friendly even to the point of making us a coffee while we continued to shop . All very helpful. Found our previous order and so we could test on correct bed.
