Archie was very helpful. Not pushing us to buy higher priced mattress. iven plenty of time to choose.

We were greeted when we entered the store by Hayden. He was very helpful and gave us information and advice on suitable products but gave us space to walk around and try out the beds. After asking us what kind of pillows we liked he appeared with two matching our description for us to use whilst trying the different beds, this really helped. He even made us a cup of tea! Buying a new mattress is expensive so you want to get it right, we were very happy with the helpful friendly service we received as there was no 'pestering' from the sales team but they were at hand if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend the store, and we'll be coming back again soon!

The assistant could not be more helpful, ordering took no time to do and even pointed out that there was military discount available to which some other companies would not bother about. I will definitely purchase again from dreams, Archie who was the assistant that helped us is a credit to the company.
