I got a quality mattress in the sale for half price, so good value. Staff were knowldgeable, helpful but not intrusive. Check out was efficient

Costumer services was excellent was shown all the different bed that were on offer that I want (ottoman bed) was also shown on the Internet the bed which were not in the shop and that were also on sale

I have Parkinson's and have a mobility problem. John, the salesman, explained everything clearly and unhurriedly so there was no attempt to "push" a sale. I had intended to visit other shops before making a decision but he was so helpful, and I found what I wanted, that I made the purchase without further looking around

After looking at lots of beds and visiting several stores we found that Dreams offered the biggest choice and best quality especially in storage beds. The staff were very welcoming and after chatting about what we were looking for were left to browse the store then they demonstrated the ones we liked. Good offers and delivery options. We didn't want to miss out on offer but as we had yet to decorate bedroom were concerned would have to take delivery too soon but were reassured that if not ready delivery could be delayed so very pleased.
