Claire the sales assistant was very very helpful and made sure I was getting everything I needed, the products were in the sale, they are excellent quality, delivery was very quick.

Overall it was a great experience, due to the friendliness of staff and how helpful they were at explaining the best options for me. The store layout was great as it was easy to find what I was looking for. Even though it was a lot of money to spend it seems far worth it for as value for high quality.

Service was excellent, was shown many mattresses until we found what we required.

Found staff was very friendly and very helpful with choosing our new bed. Gave my husband and myself a lot of info on each mattress we tried out until we found the right one. Thank you Claire.

The salesman John was very polite, had very extensive product knowledge and was able to answer any questions my wife and I had regarding the selection and purchase of the mattress we required, he even made my wife a cup of tea.
