The colleague was very friendly and helpful, the item was found easily and the visit was pleasurable.

The appearance of the store was nice, there was a good amount of information on each type of mattress, the member of staff that saw to me (Hayden) was friendly and knowledgeable.

It's difficult to know what to you require in bedding but the staff were helpful in steering us through the problem.
