The staff were very helpful they got me the same sort of pillow I sleep on at home to try the beds out and gave us lots of information about each bed .

Met in store at entrance, colour coding was described in detail, we were then left to test out the products in our own time before requesting help from the assistant. We were offered a drink whilst we were given further detail about the products we were comparing. The assistant provided pillows that complimented the mattress we had chosen. As the pillows pushed the price over our budget the assistant negotiated a price within our budget that encompassed all products we wanted. As we were restricted with delivery, the assistant was flexible with delivery which made our house move less stressful. The assistant's name is Arthur. The Store is Telford.

Store very clean and assistant very welcoming She put us at ease as it is a daunting experience looking for what you need. She was excellent at understanding our needs as we are pensioners and not in the best of health, and took time to make sure we were happy with our choice and what we chose was the best for our needs and budget. extremely pleasant lady and funny too which helped us to relax along with the coffee which was most welcome. We did not feel pressured to buy at all unlike assistants in some other stores who pounce on you and start their sales speil as soon as you get through the door. Other stores should take a leaf out of your book
