John was absolutely great and greeted us as soon as we walked in but he was not forceful or pushy in any way. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and gave us his advice on what he thought would be best to purchase and had great product knowledge. He also engaged in friendly conversation and was extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for John and he genuinely wanted to help and was not just looking for the sale. Excellent customer service from John.

Very friendly staff able to talk to you as a customer without being pressured

The assistant that helped us was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the beds we were interested in without being overly intrusive. We were not hurried in any way. We were offered refreshments too. Overall a pleasent shopping experience.

When we walk in we was greeted by Hayden hes answered all questions quickly offered us a cup of tea and had a general happy persona
