The chap that served us , Archie, was first class. Nothing was a problem. Very friendly and helpful.

On entering the store I was immediately greeted with a smile and an offer of a drink. I was asked what I was looking for and explained I had Sciatica and wanted a memory foam mattress. Everything was explained to me about colour coding to make it easier to find the mattress I wanted. I was directed to a mattress that was perfect for what I wanted, and whilst I was testing it out my 3 yr old nephew was entertained by H who was playing with him! I was offered a pillow to try out with the mattress which was very comfortable but didn't get on this occasion. Arranging delivery was so easy also.

Went in on Sunday and was greeted by Archie. Very helpful and friendly. Went totally above and beyond in assistance. He sat with my 3 yr old son whilst me and my wife made decisions on what products to buy. The only reason came back to buy from dreams was the service I received from emerging the store.

Quick and efficient service

We were served by Jon who was not pushy very attentive and we will return to the store to buy two more beds in the coming weeks

The assistant was very helpful, knew when to come forward and when to step back and was very knowledgeable about the prodcucts

Arthur made our experience at Dreams fantastic, he genuinely wanted to help us find the right bed. He also offered us tea's and coffee's which I thought was nice :)

The salesmen, Jon, was extremely helpful in helping me find the perfect bed frame and mattress. The store was very relaxed making it easy and comfortable to find what I wanted. Overall the price I paid was competitive and reasonable. Great company.

The service that I received in store was A*** I wasn't pressured into purchasing but was very pleased with with the gentleman who served me. He was extremely helpful and the knowledge he had about the product which I was interested in was excellent. He made my mum and I feel relaxed and welcomed. He made us coffee and chatted to us about our needs and which product would be more suitable for the person we were buying the product for. Service like this is very few and far between the gentleman was "old school" he didn't confuse us with big words, did explain about the difference in products I shall recommend Dreams. I was extremely pleased with the "free delivery" .Thank you great work.
