The sales staff took the time to help us understand what we would need and were very friendly

Hayden was polite, had time for us and had good product knowledge.

Been to dream before to purchase a bed and I was hoping to get the same service which I did

Archie was friendly, and very helpful. Coffee was offered but we declined having just had a late lunch. He was quite happy for us to wander round and for me to lie on as many beds as I wished. He knew when to leave us to alone and was not at all pushy, which is something I hate and usually results in me leaving. My daughter in law had suggested your store as her mother had such a good experience at the Shrewsbury branch and had come with me. My experience was equally good.

When I entered the store I was greeted in a friendly manor offered assistance and a drink to which I said yes I did need assistance but no to the drink as I had not long had one, I explained that I was looking for a mattress the gentleman gave me all the details on the different types what each type is supposed to do, price ranges and encouraged me to try them I knew we needed medium to firm as my husband has arthritis in his spine and frim is to hard for him, When trying the beds I was given a pillow like I have at home, once I had decided we done all the paper work he offered a drink which I declined, paperwork went through very quickly and delivery at my convince all in all very happy Lady

Nothing was too much trouble, patient with our indecisiveness and hyper children! Provided drinks for us and our children- Arthur makes a fabulous tea! No pressure!

Good attentive service, product knowledge, friendliness. Excellent all round.

The Sales person was very friendly, suggested we look around other retailers as Dreams was the first shop we visited. His knowledge guided us to feel comfortable to return to the store and make a purchase, other retailers were not offering the same level of advice or assistance.

We were greeted by Hayden on the door who instantly made us feel welcome. He asked our budget and showed us everything in our price range. He offered us a drink and was very friendly. Him and Archie then helped us arrange delivery and we purchased the product. We will definitely be returning. Both deserve pay rises 😜
