Excellent staff who were very knowledgeable of the items required and demonstration also.

Entering Telford Store - layout of products very easy to relate quality to price. Good POS Good to work out price to quality on any given product even sale discounts - clearly labelled and well displayed. Customer Service very good - suprised to purchase and haveproduct same day - other store 4 weeks.

Hayden was very helpful at this store. He made us a drink and left us to look around at our leisure but was available for advice when needed. Overall the experience was a refreshing change from other stores we had visited

Mr Winter spent time listening and asking questions in order to understand my needs. He went through the different suitable options and I never felt rushed or pressurised. He helped me reach a decision that I felt happy with. Thank you.

We went initially to see the range of beds. My partner was dissatisfied with our current mattress & as we were buying a new bed, we're open to suggestions. John, our service assistant, was very patient whilst he asked our requirements & we tested many beds on display. We decided on a Tempur bed with a 2 +2 divan base - John pointed out the different options of base design; chose the colour & a headboard that would suit our barn. After visiting your store, we went to 2 other bed outlets next door. Not impressed with Carpet Right & whilst Bensons had a very good offer on a Tempur bed, we chose Dreams because of the information & attitude of John. John did not pressurise us in any way; very happy with our experience.

We were greeted when we entered the store by John who showed us the options for what we wanted,he made it very easy for us and it only took us a few minutes to choose what we wanted.

we purchased our bed from dreams many years and as the wife suffers from arthritis, we thought we thought it was time to replace the mattress, as we were pleased with the quality of our old bed and the service at DREAMS we decided to return. we were not disappointed we were met by a very pleasant assistant called arthur (archie), who introduced himself showed us all the mattresses we wanted to see and explained the different springs toppings etc, and then offered us and made us both a cup of real tea and what was good in real mugs. he did not pressure us at all but was close at hand to answer any questions, the whole process of shopping at dreams was a pleasant one from start to finish, thank you archie

I have found shopping with Dreams amazing. The staff in your Telford store, particularly John and Hayden, have been outstanding. They truly understand what customer service is about. They are knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and professional and go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. The lady at Customer Services, Roxanna? was also very helpful. I can't recommend Dreams highly enough and can't wait for my deliveries. Thanks to all the above staff.

Staff very helpful and willing to help in any way. Price ofthe beds were very good value .

Staff were pleasant, informative without being pushy. Mattress not available in store to take away but ordered for delivery in acceptable time frame.
