Hayden was very friendly and helped to find the best suitable mattress based on our expection for a very firm mattress. Wasn't planning on buying pillows but ended up buying a very expensive one which he got up to try as well...

John was very friendly but professional, patient and helpful. I went in to the store thinking I knew what I wanted but with his help (and lying on a LOT of mattresses!) came away having ordered something totally different and much more suited to me. He also advised me to return the following day when there would be 30% off my mattress; most sales staff would have probably not told me and let me pay full price that day. Very impressed!

The staff offered drinks and advice, managed to get a extra discount on the bed and free matters protector. Felt really comfortable and supported through the process. All questions answered precisely and accurately. Arthur couldn't do enough to help us make a well informed decision

Both the assistants were knowledgeable regarding my enquiries and Archie ( who managed my visits and order) was particularly thoughtful in identifying nest options for my needs. The store and coding for mattresses was clear and helpful too.
