Dreams - Telford

The member of staff (Archie) was extremely helpful. He didn't pounce on us the second we walked through the door which I really appreciated. After a couple of minutes of us pottering around he asked if we needed assistance and after 5 minutes or so we had tried a few beds and knew exactly what we needed. A cup of coffee and a few moments later we were paid for and leaving very happy people. Can't fault a thing. Archie was fantastic. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

We were greeted by a lovley man who offerd us a cup of coffee,he talked us through our order with no problems what so ever, he was kind and courteous, explsined how our new bed worked,it was a pleasure dealing with him, would recomend your store to any one who needed a new bed,

The sales person was friendly but not pushy which is why I will return.

Didn't feel pressured, yet i got Total one to one attention from assistant when needed. Felt relaxed in store to make informed decisions.

Very pleasant atmosphere when entering the shop a lovely welcome and were able to browse freely. Helped by a very well manored assistant who was extremely helpful and made it a very pleasurable visit to your Telford shop.

Liked the layout of the shop. Immediate attention. Good advice. Easy ordering and purchasing. Good range of stock including the type of mattress I wanted. Pleased about the disposal of old mattress service. All round good experience.

The display was good and the staff listened and assisted us very well to make our decision. The shop was not busy and this probably helped to give us a good impression.

I appreciated not being "pounced" on as soon as we walked into the store. After a while we were approached by the store manager who explained the colour coding of the type of beds. No pressure was applied and when we did need assistance this was given with politeness and professionalism.

John greeted us as we were investigating some mattresses. He gave us advice on how to find the right one. Giving us a brief discussion on how to choose which is right and how the mattress can effect the back. We told him our current issues with our mattress (not previously from dreams) and he recommended a few that would fit our needs. Such as ones with less heat retention and ones that balance out our back and sides. We were offered tea or coffee by the desk when it came to purchasing. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. It's been great to do our first time buying a mattress in such a friendly environment.

I was given time to look around the store first without being immediately approached by a team member to see if I wanted any help. I was also asked if I wanted a drink whilst I was there. The assistant found a pillow similar to what I use to help me get a better feel of the bed that I was trying, which was perfect. He also provided excellent advise and knew the answers to all questions I asked. Very happy with the service, would definitely recommend and can't wait to receive my new bed!
