Dreams - Telford

We were shown the products we expressed an interest in and the Product Knowledge of the Salesman sold the bedding we purchased.

This is the second occasion that we have purchased a bed from the Telford branch of Dreams. On both Occasions we have been served by John at the store. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains the products in detail. This allows you to make an informed decision and have confidence in what you have bought. John gave us the impression that nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended. Thanks.

I wasn’t rushed or pushed into purchasing anything, I despise someone trying to sell me something and I appreciated the space I was given, the staff were friendly, courteous and polite and also relaxed, they were available to answer any questions I had then left me alone to make decisions and choices around my potential purchase, opions are subjective I know but this is exactly the kind of customer service that I appreciate and expect as a consumer.

We visited the Telford forge retail park and called in Dreams as we were in the market for a new mattress, we were helped in store by Hayden who was so helpful and made us feel so welcome, he tried us with different pillows. We were given excellent service whilst at the shop.
