The salesman in the store was very good, not overbearing and not hard sell which I appreciated. The bed came when you said it would, we were notified as you said we would be and the delivery/installation men were good as gold. Really impressed with the service and quality of the bed. Could have got a similar bed cheaper but worth the extra cost buying from you.

I went to the store to collect a free gift and did not intend to buy anything. I was greeted and offered a drink. There was no overt pressure to make a purchase and my purchase was made following a general conversation about pillows. I asked to try the M-Line Athletic and I was made to feel welcome but left in peace to try it for as long as I wanted. There was no feeling of a hard sell, just useful information offered.

We were given very useful advice about selecting the right mattress that had we purchased online we would not have had and would have chosen something that I don't think we would have been as happy with.

The sales person was friendly and showed us exactly what we wanted. The store was clean and items displayed made it visuable of choice. The delivery was quick and the system was good as the driver contacted by text and phone.Ty

Claire the shop assistant helped me from the moment I entered the store. She had all the answers to my questions and was both patient and pleasant.

I got exactly what I needed. The store assistant was extremely helpful.
