Friendly staff and knew about similar mattresses to a previous product I had bought

I was a little flustered when I got to the store due to a negative online shopping experience with another Bed Supplier. The gentleman who looked after me took the time to explain everything I asked, he also gave me time to stroll around the shop and I didn’t feel pressured or watched/followed which happens in other shops. I was very lucky to have found 1 divan bed and an additional mattress on special offer and both my boys are over the moon about their new comfy beds. Thank you very much for helping me out!

We were served by Hayden, who couldn’t have been better. He served us tea, allowed us time to wander at our leisure, but was always on hand to talk to and advise. He made recommendations based on what we liked, being informative but never pushy. He was extremely helpful and pleasant, always making sure we were happy with everything.

Sales assistant ready to help but not pushy. Drinks offered. Chatty and friendly. Store pleasant. Had fun. Pleasant experience.

The shopping experience was stress free, staff answered questions quickly and satisfactorily. We were able to buy what we wanted and did not have to visit any other stores to make comparisons on prices and quality as the Dreams store displayed exactly what we needed
