We visited Dreams at Telford this morning specifically to purchase two new mattresses. We needed advice and assistance to make informed choices. We received the utmost attention, courtesy and help in making our choices. The sales staff who attended to us gave us the benefit of their considerable knowledge and we concluded our purchases feeling that we had received the best of advice and attentiveness whilst we were in your Telford store. A very good experience and we would not hesitate to recommend Dreams to other people.

We were greeted by staff who then asked if we wanted assistance. We informed the assistant who then fetched an appropriate member of the team. We explained to Archie what we were looking for who explained the options then left us to look around at our leisure. We did not feel under pressure to make a purchase which is what we what we prefer .

I found the staff (John) very helpful and the store clean and tidy....and warm too on such a cold day. There was plenty of stock to choose from and the assistance I received excellent.

Archie and Hayden were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. We were offered a drink and a suitable pillow as soon as we started looking around and they were on hand for any questions we had.
