The sales assistant Hayden was absolutely fantastic! We were offered drinks, pillows to try and he was friendly, courteous and was genuinely helpful and made us feel very welcome at first contact. He made the purchase fun and made sure we will always come back to the store.

we weren't rushed, we were left to do our thing and help was there if we needed it

Salesman Archie knowledgeable and not pushy

I was assisted by Claire at Telford. She showed me the product I was looking for and also similar products at different price points as I requested. Claire was efficient and friendly and placed my order and delivery without any problems or 'hard sell' on additional products or services although she did offer the additional cover.

The assistant was very friendly and professional helping us to find the product we were looking for on the internet and ordering it for us in store,arranging delivery on a date convenient to us.

The assistant, Mr Hayden Winter was extremely helpful without being pushy. He understood what we wanted, showed us around the store then left us to think it over. He was very pleasant and offered us a coffee. Once we had decided he processed the order and delivery date to our satisfaction.

We were unsure exactly what we wanted when entering the store but left very pleased with our purchase, the great choice of products clearly & cleverly laid out complete with really helpful advice & assistance made the buying experience a pleasure.
