Our assistant was really friendly and gave extremely fair and impartial advice. We did not feel like we were being sold to - we felt.like we were genuinely being helped.

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgable assistant. Did not pressurize us into making too speedy a decision.

Assistance was there if I needed it. Otherwise I was left to browse and try the products on offer. When I was ready for assistance and place my order it was readily available.

The visit was informal and just for browsing a product that we were interested of. We were greeted by Dream Store Assistant Archie and showed us where to look from. He has given us most the informations needed and we were left to try the mattresses, study and compare the models, were offered drinks which we took and left us. We were not pressured into buying but given plenty of time to our selves. We were also told that if we need more questions not to hesitate to ask. All around was a friendly good service one would expect.

The staff greeted me cheerfully and took time to ask questions to provide me with the correct product for my needs. I was offered a drink and talked through possible options. no pressure selling. a delightful experience.

We were given all the help and advice we needed to make our choice. Claire had a good knowledge of the products available. Thankfully no pressure sales which I find a real turn off!

As soon as I walked in I knew that the staff were friendly and willing to help. I was able to speak to a member of traffic, explain what I wanted and they were willing to help me straight away and within no time found what I needed. The store was neat and tidy and looked very professional. The next time I need any bedding, beds or mattresses I will definitely be coming back to the Telford store Very pleased with my visit indeed
