I had Claire in store help me choose the correct mattress and she was exceptional. I felt it was an excellent choice in going there.

Customer service was amazing, let us take our time to browse then helped us when we asked. Took the time to make sure we picked our perfect mattress and accessories that suited us. Very satisfied with our experience.

We had two visits to Dreams before placing our order. Both times we saw Rosie at Telford store. She was very welcoming, took us straight to the sleep assessment tool and talked us through it, offered is a hot drink or water. Once the assessment was done she provided us pillows which she assured us has been sterilised and took is round four mattresses from the suggestions. We could tell she hadn't long been with the company but her knowledge was fantastic and she took time to listen to what we wanted and made suggestions around that. She gave us a quote and talked us through different payment options and delivery etc. She wasn't pushy or hard with her sales which we appreciated. On our second visit we tested the mattress again after being greeted by Rosie and proceeded to order with her. She talked us through different options and completed the finance. Rosie was very friendly and helpful throughout. Looking forward to delivery!

Shaun was our customer adviser and he was very helpful and knowledgeble and gave us a lots information about the different types of beds. He covered our needs and found us many options for beds and bed frames
