The assistant Charlie I think was extremely good understood that I was in a hurry but wanted to make a good choice and needed delivery ASAP. He was helpful an d Informative but not patronising or pushy. Got it just right

Salesman was very good,not at all pushy and happy to answer any queries we had and explained different types of mattresses etc that were available!
