The salesman Archie was great - just the right amount of help without being pushy or a nuisance. Good selection of mattresses at all budgets. Good information.

John came over to us immediately. He was very helpful, friendly and listened us. He even got us a cup of tea!

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, but not pushy. There was plenty of diversity and choice of products in store.

This the 3rd item we have ordered from dreams this year. We have ordered some fitted cupboard and spoke to Archie May 2017 unfortunately these still have not been completed however Archie helped us picked them and because of his customer service we came back and ordered bedside cabinet and recently I went back and ordered a matteress for my son. Archie is a credit to your company. Customer service goes a long way. If it wasn't for Archie and the store Mangers customer service we would never shop with dreams as a year on free standing wardrobes are not complete.

We had previously visited the store so we had an idea what we wanted in terms of a bed frame, however, my daughter was undecided on a mattress, When I asked about the mattress I bought they said it was going into clearance and gave us a good deal on the mattress. Given that we did not get there until about 20 minutes before closing time, they were very patient with us whilst we looked at options (and we even nipped to the shop next door to check out their products), we were offered drinks and not rushed or pressurised to make the purchase quickly. On our previous visit to look at beds and mattresses, again the staff were very helpful looking at various options for us despite it being a busy Sunday afternoon. Well done Telford team.

We have found it very hard to find what we need for our bedroom as it is compact, this assistant we extremely helpful, listened to our needs and helped us make an informed decision. Hayden the Sales Assistant was friendly, had a great manner and very helpful

The Staff were very pleasant, didn’t over sell. Hayden was lovely and offered us coffee.

The store was very clean and arranged simply with the colour coding I did not feel pressured by your staff,having said that I they answered my questions whilst being very professional and polite I have no complaints about the store or the staff hope our new mattress is as good
