Very friendly staff who were very helpful and were able to answer any questions that I had. A very good customer experience all round.

Haydn was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained how to assess the mattresses and allowed us time to wander around the store and try different mattresses. Haydn answered all of our questions and even supported us in finding the right pillows, mattress protector and pillow protectors. He explained the 40 day trial service and the extended guarantee in detail. overall this was a good experience, one we have put off for far too long due to being worried about purchasing the right one, and what happens if we get it wrong.

The sales lady was patient and polite with a sense of humour.She was very aware of my needs and answered queries patiently and efficiently.She was not pushy.

The Store Assistant was very helpful with excellent knowledge of the product. He was instantly available even though on our second visit he was on coffee break.

Very friendly staff with very good knowledge of the products. High standard of knowledge on other items, which in my case was the pillows to enable a cool nights sleep. He was very understanding of my needs due to long term health conditions and listened to our requirements.

We were assisted by Claire. I was unsure which bed to buy and she was very helpful telling me about the features of each bed. We decided to go for the one with drawers rather than an ottoman bed due to the weight of the base. The process was very easy. I hadn’t shopped at Dreams before however we are looking for another bed and two mattresses so I will be going back.

I have visited Dreams a few times now, and each time the service is brilliant, they make you feel at home, and let you try on all the beds without interfering all the time. They help you when you want help.
