Archie, the salesman went above and beyond to make sure that I did not feel in any way embarrassed by the finance rejection and we talked through all the different options. His attention to detail and the customer service that we received was a testimony to yourselves as a company. Nothing was too much trouble and the interaction that we had with his other colleagues in store was excellent.

We were served by a very respectful young man, no pressure, explained the difference in mattresses. He seemed a highly efficient and knowledgable person. It was a pleasurable experience and a very nice cup of coffee was provided.

To be able to try out all of the beds that were within our price range. Very happy with our sales person, he explained all we asked him and wasn't pushy .we spent ages in the store making sure it was the bed we wanted and needed. Archie was exellent.
