My husband and i were greeted on entering the store by Archie. He listened to what we were looking for and showed us the beds best suited to our requirements. We were offered a beverage and use of pillows best suited to our sleeping requirements. Archie allowed us plenty of time to try out the beds while our young daughter was positively distracted by an alternative bed. We made or choice of mattress and Ottomen bed. Archie helped us to make the card purchase with ease. Delivery options were discussed and dealt with swiftly. No pressure of purchase was made at any point during our visit to the store. Overall a smooth transaction without any issues. Will highly recommend Dreams stores to our family and colleagues.
