Everything good always is it is the customer service that is not so good as the last order had to be returned as damaged and the next one was also marked so hoping this will be a better experience. Customer service never phone you back and have to keep phoning .

John was extremely helpful. It was the second time we'd been in and seen John and he was most pleasant and helpful on both occasions. He took into account our budget and requirements and knew exactly which mattresses we should try. He suggested while trying out the mattress we try feather pillows (which he brought to us) as these are what we have at home. He allowed us to take our time and we never felt under pressure. His knowledge of the products was excellent. If we hadn't have had such good service the first time we would not have re-visited 6 months or so later.

i was greeted upon entering the store and made to feel welcome. I was dealt with by Claire but David asked if I would like a tea or coffee. I was given what I felt was good advice in making my choice of both mattress and bed base. All in all, a very pleasant transaction.

Hayden was very knowledgeable and offered a range of options. I explained that the mattress was for my daughter who is undergoing investigation for a tumour on her bladder. He was very caring and helped me to find something comfy but not too pricey. Excellent service. Thank you.

The sales assistant was very friendly, helpful and with full knowledge of your products. We are very pleased with the bed that we selected, we were helped with the delivery, collection of old bed etc. We were surprised that the bed we ordered could be delivered in one weeks time. We left your shop very pleased with our experience and purchase.
