Archie was lovely to us and really approachable; he wasn't annoying and salesy like most sales people are.

We were served by the store manager. We used the latest tech to find the bed of our needs. We were given our choice of pillow to try out the different beds and had a coffee while we browsed the store. Hayden was very informative regarding the different bed choices.

I was asked if I needed help almost straight away and was given good advice

We have purchased from this store before. We came to buy a mattress we were met by John who was very polite not too pushy, we explained what we were looking for and John was very knowledgeable. He explained about a machine(sorry couldn't remember what it was called) that we could try out that would help us decide what sort of mattress we require, the machine was great and gave us a great idea of what we needed. overall a great experience and we purchased a new mattress.
