The assistant was was very helpful and friendly made us a cup of coffee while we made up I minds never felt pressured felt at ease very nice buying experience

Walked into the store. Was greeted shortly after by a member is staff. Who asked if I needed assistance. I mentioned what I wanted wanted and told then I had an online discount which they respected.

I was greeted polightly, the staff member listened to what I required and gave me options of what was available to me within store. The store is bright and airy. All staff were happy to give advice. The staff member was efficient and had good general conversation and made a difficult process of buying a mattress which I have been looking for over 12 months. I know this staff member is leaving after 12years in dreams but explained if I needed further assistance at any time other staff would be available to answer any questions which I appreciated

The assistant (Archie) took time to understand our requirements, provided options to try and gave us time to consider the options.

The member of staff who served us was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable

Only went in to browse the store and ask for advice as I needed a new mattress and was dreading having to decide which one would be suitable! How on earth do you know??? We spoke to Hayden who was great right from the start, no pressure or heavy sales talk just someone who was keen to advise and help. I was really impressed with the service and the friendliness of the staff. Overall a really great, not scary experience.

We wear very happy because there was only two staff on at the time the shop was bissy and the man said he would be with us shortly and he was his name was Arthur and was very helpful and new what we wonted and served us quickly but met our needs and we were very happy to be helped and served with no messing about so thanks and we are looking forward to our purchase being delivered mrs c James 😀

We were very highly satisfied with our experience at Dreams because not only were the staff highly knowledgeable of the products, they were friendly and even offered us tea or coffee, you don’t get that everywhere.

Our sales assistant Arcie went above and beyond helping me and also very patient with the children
