The service was exceptional by the store manager Hayden his knowledge and patience was outstanding. Hayden was brilliant with our two boys when they were choosing their beds and we all experienced the dreams matress tester which was a great experience. We were going to shop around but felt the time and effort Hayden gave us it simply wasn’t necessary the service was brilliant. We all came away with a really positive feeling of excellent customer service I will most certainly recommend Dreams to my a friends and family, can’t wait for our beds to be delivered! Thank you so much for all your help.

The staff were very pleasant and extremely informative,John showed us all types of matresses and let us lye on all of them and provided us with a therapur cool pillow.We were undecided, then he pointed us towards the 3D find the right matress for you machine which was great and gave us 8 options and we tried them all,then we picked the perfect matress for us.

Felt welcome during the visit and had a lovely cup of tea. Did enjoy the test bed to determine the type of mattress recommended for us. Employees tried there best to meet our needs and made sure our experience was enjoyable. They were patient with us while we were testing the different types of beds and were to hand when we had questions. Customer first principles were excellent.
