Customer service was very good, not pushy but informative and helpful. The choice of beds and matresses suited us and we found what we wanted easily.

I had never been on a bed before that told you which mattress you needed very impress and John was very good at explaining to us thank you so much

The assistant on the day, John, was very helpful and knowledgable. He took my requests into consideration and showed me appropriate beds. I did not feel pressured which is a huge plus for me. I did not feel rushed into making a decision and was happy with my purchase.

The assistance I received from Lisa was outstanding. She listened to my requirements and made suggestions and gave me a selection of pillows to try on a mattress similar to my own one. Lisa then let me try them in my own time and left me to it, saying if I needed further help to call her. I liked 2 of the pillows she had suggested and then she gave me information about both choices of pillow. I decided on a pillow, and discovered they came in a pack of 4, but I only wanted 1 or 2, and the price was out of my budget. Lisa said she would see what she could do, and managed to get the price down for me to be able to afford. Lisa has fantastic people skills and was so lovely in all aspects of service to me. I feel that Lisa is a real asset to Dreams.

Good delivery team guys very helpful and friendly. Overall an excellent experience. I was kept informed at all stages people turned up on time.
