From the staff smile welcome to the staffs knowledge and ease at buying a bed. very professional making us all feel at welcome and valued as a customer which in this day and age is rare, thank you so much again.

Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful - very informative during the selection of mattresses. Also the delivery time was much quicker than expected which was a big bonus.

I was greeted by Claire who was immensly helpful for the entire duration I was there, providing advice for every aspect of my purchase and helping with making decisions with the different offers available. The process of selecting the right mattress was helped from the start with the provision of a test pillow to suit my neck and sleeping position and guidance given of how to analyse the physical comfort and suitabiliy of each mattress. I was offered a drink but i already had my own. I had some concerns over getting exactly the right mattress due to moving into my first house and not being able to afford making the wrong decision. My final purchase left me 100% content with what I had chosen and highly grateful of Claire's customer service. A pay rise or promotion would be a worthy testanent to her customer approach and professionalism.

The guys at the store were friendly and helpful. The young chap took the time to understand my needs and didn’t pressure me at all.
