MEMBER OF STAFF WAS INFORMATIVE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ON HAND WITHOUT BEING IN OUR FACES. ALSO OFFERED US A COFFE TWICE DURING OUR VISIT.

Very helpful and understanding staff member, (Jen) that knew everything She needed to and was very kind and easy to talk to.

I thought the young girl was very helpful. I really like how she put me on a bed that works out what mattress would suit me. I'm really happy with the product I brought, cannot wait for a good night sleep. Overall very satisfied with my visit :)

The sales representative, Jenny, had a fantastic sense of humour, great knowledge about the products, and genuinely steered me towards what I needed rather than what was most expensive. I really enjoyed my time here. Had a good laugh with the other staff member too (didn't catch his name). When I was choosing a mattress I consistently forgot to take my pillow to the new bed - Jenny appeared with it within seconds every time!

Needed a new mattress.Within minutes of entering the store, we had found the product we wanted.Questions were answered professionally and we were out in no time,with a delivery date and,thankfully,no problems. Very rare in this day and age.

The items were there to test. The assistant (Hayden) was very helpful and greeted us, offered some refreshments and was polite and patient with us.

Quick and efficient and given all the time we needed to make a choice.

I first visited the store in a few weeks prior, speaking with John. When I returned this date to buy, he remembered who I was, found my sleep profile and attended to my purchase, remembering which items I was interested in. He made the purchase very simple, offered a drink while ordering and was very courteous. At the end of the order, when leaving, he invited me back to the store if passing for a brew, which made the welcome even better and me more likely to both return to the store in future and recommend the store to friends.

the lady that greeted us at the door (claire) in the telford store...she was very knowledgeable and wasnt pushy like the usual sales type people. she helped us look at various mattresses and pillows allowing us to try various pillows with the mattresses then left us to make our own decision. my partner had just had hip surgery and she asked if he wanted a pillow to put inbetween his legs to make hin comfortable while trying mattresses out!!! very attentive honest caring lady and she even asked us if we wanted a drink.....thankyou claire!!! wish there were more like you. the machine that helps give you an idea of what mattress to buy was great as we hadn't a clue where to start. (i could have lay there all afternoon) a great experience from start to finish.
