The assistance was smartly attired, pleasant and helpful, even though she is relatively new to the role.

The store manager, Hayden, took the time to understand our needs and budget. He showed multiple options for us to choose from. He wasn't pushy for sales and he answered all our questions.

We were greeted with a very friendly approach and made to feel very welcome. The member of staff was very knowledgeable and understanding to our needs and gave us plenty of time.We were able to make our decisions but assisted us in making them We were given a pillow to take round to try the different beds. We were offered hot drinks and they helped carry purchases to the car nothing was much trouble.I would certainly recommend them

The lady who served me was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She made sure I understood everything and made me a lovely mug of tea.

Wonderful welcome - Hayden Validation Code 068 He greeted me, I didn't feel pushed at any point, but he couldn't do enough for me. He even offered me a cup of coffee - twice. I may return for pillows - I didn't realise Dreams did them. To be honest, my only complaint was in relation to your internet. Reviewing the website earlier in the day - hidden elements - went sorting for a sprung pocket - shouldn't then have memory foam or if it does it should state in the item title (this item includes memory foam) - i.e. Magenta mattress. Also, you mention that you deliver, and take away but I wasn't aware that I had to pay for the item to be taken away - you state in big letters that delivery is free, but construction is at an additional cost, plus removal of old mattress. THIS NEEDS TO BE CLEARER...

Hayden was very knowledgeable of the products available in store. We were after a new mattress and we were explained the differences that were available within our budget. While we were trying the different mattresses we were offered a hot drink. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would recommend Dreams to others. Thank you.
