A new mattress was long overdue. I suffer with arthritis so it was important to find a suitable mattress. The salesman was very helpful, patient and had the knowledge to assist me. I felt valued.

It's been far too many years since I replaced my mattress. Suffering with arthritis I was met with a sales person who considered my needs, had knowledge of what was best suited for me, was very patient and attentive. I felt valued as a customer.

The dreams colleague Claire was friendly and did everything she could to help. Although we were over budget, it was justified. Only downside is 3 weeks to wait which is unfortunate when sleeping on a floor! But Claire did everything she could.
