The lady that served me made all the difference, she was very helpful without being to pushy.

From the moment we entered the store we felt a positive friendly atmosphere. The time and advice given was of a very high, none pressurising , quality. The experience was most satisfying and we felt more than satisfied with our purchase.

The salesman was very informative and incredibly helpful, after using your bed which calculates the type of mattress is required we were shown a choice of mattresses and were given an in depth explanation of each type and tried each one along with a pillow he recommended which we found very comfortable

John was very noledgable about the product I was interested in and I felt at ease in the store all the staff were friendly I even had a coffee made for me while my order was Beefing processed very happy with the assistance

We were offered a hot drink, a go on the sleep experience mattress to see which mattresses would be best suited to us, and different pillows were offered to see which we most preferred on the different mattresses. We were offered as much time as we needed to test the different mattresses that we were interested in.

Prompt attention

Staff very helpful and efficient as the item I was looking for was not stocked by the Telford store but I was shown a similar bed and the staff made sure I was happy before ordering the model I wanted.

John who assisted us was extremely knowledgeable and friendly even offering refreshments whilst taking our order. We were shown several different items all at different prices and at no time did we feel under any pressure to purchase an item. It was a refreshing sales pitch and one we would definitely recommend and do again
