Rosie was lovely she said she only worked there 2 months but she listened to everything I was saying. I love been having back pains from work and needed a mattress that would support my back more and she showed me everything suited to my needs.

My wife and I were looking for a new mattress and bed. We were greeted pleasantly by the lovely Sean at the Telford store. We had the full dreams experience, the product knowledge of Sean was outstanding. We have a issue with access at pure home so Sean recommend the correct product to over come this issue. All in all great service buy a great team.

The assistant was most helpful without being pushy. We went in originally for a browse but we were so happy with the service and availability , we bought without going elsewhere to look!
