Nice assistant not pushy nice store we found what we wanted with a little help. Good visit.

Very helpful and knowledgeable Store manager

We were given information that we needed for specific needs on choosing a Dreams mattress. The knowledge of the store manager was very impressive.

From the time we entered the store at Telford we were met by freindly staff. There was no pressure selling at all. We were invited to try any mattresses as we wanted so that we could be certain that we were purchasing the correct one for our needs. The staff were very polite and informative. We did not make a purchase on our first visit. We returned a couple days later and again the staff were very polite. We continued to have a look at mattresses; again the staff were very helpful and polite. Eventually we purchased a mattress. All the time we did not feel under any pressure All we can say is that shopping at Dreams was a great experience. Mark and Lindsey Astley.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable

We were made to feel welcome straight away,yet we were free to wander without being pestered by sales person.Help was offered but not pushed and we found the atmosphere very pleasant. Good range of beds and mattresses,all well labelled. We were not rushed into a decision,yet when we were ready the sale was efficiently and quickly concluded.

I was looking for a new mattress and received plenty of advice and assistance in selecting one that was suitable for me.

From the minute we walked in, till the minute we walked out. We where greeted and well looked after. Claire the Dream employee, was lovely, and very knowledgeable about, her job. She took us through the hole process of picking a mattress, we where even offered a pillow, when we tried the mattress. All in all a very pleasant time spent in your store.

Jenny met us and helped us to find what we needed, she also gave us great help in comparing the beds.

I visited the Telford Branch and was helped by Jen, who was very helpful and friendly. Ordering was easy and I am looking forward to receiving my new bed.
