Jen was friendly, greeted us with a smile and was on the ball when I was asking about certain beds. she even offered us all a drink. Jen was very good with our disabled son David when she was measuring what kind of mattress would be suitable for him. He wanted to take his pillow home. When placing the order she double checked everything I asked. I even go a discount on our delivery.

The staff were so helpful and friendly and had an extremely kind attitude, I would and have already recommended them to work colleagues as there was no badgering or hurried sale patter and I thoroughly enjoyed liasoning with the staff there.

Assistant was very helpful and pointed us in the right direction of what we were looking for. She explained the differences in the type of mattresses on offer. The whole experience of buying a new bed was quick and painless. The price was better than we had expected. We were also offered refreshments.

We knew exactly what we wanted when we arrived at the store so the person who dealt with us took us straight to the item we were asking for. The assistant was very friendly,helpful and informative.
