The salesman John validation code 068 spent time showing me all the options and did not pressure me to purchase any particular product.

This was our third visit to this store within a few weeks. We were assisted each time we visited and questions on beds were explained well. We were left to explore on our own but help was there when and if needed. Staff were very friendly and made us feel comfortable, even offering us refreshments too. Excellent customer service.

Hayden the salesman was very experienced and took lots of time with us to get the right bed for our needs. He has a lovely manner and very professional. A credit to your company. We are very pleased with the bed we have purchased in your store at Telford and can't wait for delivery to get a good nights sleep, at last!

Hayden answered every query we had ,he knew what he was talking about and we felt comfortable with his choices of bed that were made available for us bearing in mind that we both have arthritis and are limited in movement when lying down . Well done Dreams this is the second bed we have had from you and we are looking forward to having as good a nights rest as we had from the first bed. Thankyou.

Having already viewed a mattress on line, the store assistant was able to a show me the exact product in store and also advise me on whether it would be suitable for me requirements. He was able to explain about the number of pocket springs and the general construction of the mattress. He also advised on pillows that were available hat may help promote a better nights sleep. He also advised on delivery dates and recycling of the my old mattress. Overall, great service.....very happy customer.

We arrived at the store with a basic idea in mind of what we were looking for, the range was fantastic so we were overwhelmed with selection! We were approached by a lovely employee, Jen, who was knowledgable, friendly and really helped us make an informed choice. She was respectful of our price range and open and honest about the quality of each product and the options available. We also got a great cuppa off another employee, John, who was also a very friendly approachable person. We did not feel pressured to purchase but we were offered an extra 10% discount off the deposit. We were over the moon with the customer service we received and would love you to pass these comments onto your Telford store. We look forward to the delivery of our new bed!

Friendly and courteous treatment, help with selection of product and recycling option

The assistant Hayden was very helpful,friendly and knowledgeable.

The assistance who we dealt with Claire was brilliant I would go to say an asset to your company. From greeting us in the store explaining how to select the correct matress to suite our requirements, laying down on your computerised bed to assess the mattress to suite our body then going through the selection process of how we felt on the 5 options the computer had selected, she explained the construction of each mattress and benefits until we finally narrowed it down to 2 and made our final choice. She went through delivery options explaining and made the whole shopping experience enjoyable and stress free. She also makes a great cup of coffee!
