John was extremely helpfull in both our inital visit and the later visit when we purchased the items

Excellent service, John was very friendly and knowledgeable, he listened to what we wanted and helped us make our decisions. The choice of products to try was exceptional.

The sales representative was attentive, help full and most of all put us at ease by genuine interest in helping us find the right mattress. Explaining the advantages of the electronic mattress selection equipment in store and the recommendations for suitable mattresses was very helpful and reassuring of our own thoughts. In general we were not "sold a mattress" but were helped to find the right mattress that we wanted to buy. The relevance of pillow types to securing good posture was also explained. We felt valued

Very helpful and knowledgeable sales assistant. We did not feel pushed into making a decision at all. We felt all our questions were answered and we were left to make a decision in our own time. In fact we went home to consider and returned to the shop to place our order a couple of days later.

The store manager, Hayden, was fantastic. He was very patient and honest.
