From the moment we went into store to the moment we left. The staff was very helpful and very professional.

Greeted straight away when entering the store by John who listened carefully to our needs. I had already viewed products online and had a mattress in mind which was the first one we came to. John then suggested we try an assessment of our needs in a mattress by lying on a bed for a few minutes and answering a few questions. The computer then gave us the result and what products would meet our needs. John then showed us several mattresses in the price range I had mentioned. He was attentive throughout and knowledgeable on the products that we looked at. We were very pleased with the whole experience. Thank you.

John greeted us, found out quickly what we were looking for, clearly explained the options and differences on the mattresses we were considering. He even provided options for pillows for testing the beds. I thought the ordering was going to be a palaver when he offered me a drink while we went through the paperwork but it was pretty quick. Since we have not yet completed buying our house we were a little concerned about being certain about delivery on our side but he was very clear we could contact him and he would look after us. Altogether a good experience.
