The service we got as soon as we walked in was excellent, we were made very comfortable and the assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful. He also made us a cup of coffee.

Good assistant, sleep position assessment saved time searching for the right bed, unhurried in our selection.

Hayden was very friendly, helpful and efficient, even offered me a cup of coffee. He showed me beds suitable for my needs and budget, pointed out suitable headboards, showed me the difference in colour of bases. I felt very much at ease. The ordering process, and the fact I can delay delivery if need be, was also seamless

We were approached by Jen who asked if we needed any help upon entering the store. We explained what we were looking for and she pointed us in the right direction. She let us browse the store to look at the different options available to us which meant we didn’t feel under pressure. When we were ready Jen helped us process our order and answered any questions we had. The other members of staff (Jon & Hayden) were also very friendly, chatting to us whilst the order was being placed. We would definitely return to this store and recommend it to friends and family.

I went into the store with a list of beds I had seen on the internet and wished to look at in person. The assistant John was extremely helpful pointing out all the beds and showed me how the storage sections worked. He was very knowledgeable about all the products I viewed. Due to this I went away returning with my wife and placed an order for two beds and mattresses.

Went in looking for a mattress but not sure where to start. John advised we try out the sleep match machine which informed us of the level of support we needed. John then showed us the 6 recommended mattresses and we chose the one we preferred. He also helped us with new pillows. Overall, very happy with our purchase. Only 1 week to wait for delivery and we arranged for our old mattress to be recycled.

The product was just what we were looking for. We received prompt, polite and efficient service.

After being greeted and assisted by John, absolutely no sales pressure given but all requirements obtained allowing for recommendations to be made allowing for a decision to be made to purchase products with confidence.

We were happy with the service because we were not feeling any pressure from the sales team. We were offered a drink and help as needed, Jennifer shown us all the mattresses and helped us decide using the technology available.
