Claire was very helpful as she adequately talked us through different variations of the type of bed we wanted to buy. She was very informative and gave us an alternative option too. She knew both my husband and I had bad backs and suggested we went for a firm mattress. We found Claire very helpful indeed

John was very patience and attentive to our needs. Did not make us feel uncomfortable when we were trying out the products (could have felt slightly awkward lying around on beds in public). John was very professional and listened to our preferences. Even found best pillows to suit our needs. Amazing experience.
