I visited Telford store on Friday. Both staff were hugely helpful and obliging. They identified and provided exactly what I wanted and as delivery was not available in a short enough time arrangements were made for collection the following day. When John assisted again in loading the bed into my car very cheerily. I would recommend your store

We particularly liked the diagnostic bed and the fact that this led to a selection of suitable beds to try. Also the 'bedside manner' of the sales assistant Hayden was perfectly pitched - a combination of helpfulness and expertise without any of the hard sell or pester factor that we worry about when going to make a major purchase.

I visited Dreams looking for a bed and mattress and was greeted by a very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff member. I explained I wanted to also look at other stores to compare price and quality however when I went into other stores the service was almost non exiting. As a result of this I chose to go back to Dreams and make a purchase knowing that I had received a high level of customer care

The store was very clean, there was a wide choice. We used the Sleepmatch which selected mattress's to try. Hayden was very helpful and knowledgeable. A good shopping experience.

Hayden was very helpful in explaining everything and took a lot of time with me and also looked after my husband who’s in a wheelchair. Made him a cup of tea and kept him updated on everything.
