Initially went to store a few days before,spoke with John who was extremely helpful and knowledgable.Visited a few days later to place order,served by Jennifer,very efficient.

The sales assistant Jennifer was very welcoming we had been in the store about 10 minutes just having a look around we came in for a single mattress but started looking for a new double bed!! Jen came over to see if there was anything we needed asked if she could help with anything we said we were just browsing!! We went and had a look at a couple of other bed shops in the area but didn't see anything that took our fancy we went back to Dreams cos the Lucia bed was exactly what we wanted we then went on the sleepmatch tool which confirmed that we needed a Firm mattress which was great!! Picked our matress and went to see Jen who did a amazing job dealing with us she was patient and very experienced Jen was very welcoming and offedered us a coffee or tea we had a very good deal as we got some discount which was excellent the overall experience was excellent

The staff were friendly but not pushy, only becoming directly involved when we asked questions about choosing a mattress, then provided detailed and useful information. At no time were any of the staff pushy, as can be the case in some establishments.

We were made to feel at home when we walked through the door. We specified what we were looking for and were immediately shown to the correct area. Hayden was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped us by finding our custom mattress by using the technology in store!

All I can say is I was highly satisfied with the service I received when looking and finally ordering the mattress. The help and advice we got from Hayden was very helpful and I can say he was not pushy about getting an order off us, which made us more impressed with him. It made us feel more comfortable about ordering. I bought my original bed's from Dreams and have always been satisfied.
