I went in to test a mattress that had been reduced online, I then purchased it at the store. I was in & out within 10 minutes, excellent service.

The assistant appeared very knowledgeable and wasn't to pushy at selling the expensive mattress and pillow set.

Very attentive service but left alone enough to have private time with my wife and didn't feel we were being watched or rushed!

The staff were really friendly, knowledgeable and a great help. Myself and my partner were after a new bed and mattress however we did were unsure on what mattress would be best suited to us. We were shown and talked through all different options and it was a great help. The whole process was so simple and we were made to feel really comfortable.

For a young lady she listened to our age related problems as I am 76 and my husband 80 years and did her utmost to set us up with the correct mattress. She was very considerate to our age related needs a credit to your company. Well done Rosie and Dreams for finding an employee who has consideration for the elderly.
