The assistant was quick to come over and ask me if she could help with anything and then gave me the chance to have a look round myself before coming back to me. She was helpful, polite and had a friendly manner.

When we entered the store we were not hassled ,but when the assistant Claire dealt with our questions she had good product knowledge and gave us some very constructive and factual advice. We had come from Furniture Village and Argos and did not experience the same quality of level of service. We therefore purchased our mattress from Dreams.

Rosie was very friendly and showed us all our options

Rosie, our salesperson, was incredibly knowledgeable, honest throughout and patient with my family and I. She was not pushy at all and persuaded us, in a relaxed way, that purchasing a new bed was the right decision. The quality of products was of course very strong also.

The colleague who dealt with my order from beginning to end - Rosie - was exemplary, I never would have known she had only been there 4 weeks had she not told me. Her service and ability made it seem as though she had been there a lot longer. Rosie was also very good dealing with my kids.

Well thought out store .we were attended to quickly. We were then shown the computerised bed machine which we used. Once the details were used our assistant Rosie Showed us the appropriate beds. We tried out the beds taking our time. We were given drinks and a pillow and then we decided on our bed. The payment and delivery were chosen and then Another assistant Shaun offered me some more discounts on various accessories. We were very pleased on the whole processing of our new bed .

The assistant-Ryan took the time to find out exactly what I wanted and guided me through the choices available at a price that I was willing to pay.
