Dreams - Telford

The variety of beds on show was good and the knowledge of our assistant, Rosie, was very good. We needed to buy a new bed, as our current bed is about 10 years old, so she asked us if we wanted to use the scanning machine to determine which bed would suit us best. Which we did. Rosie gave us a bottle of water each and asked us if we wanted tea or coffee as well. She then took us to look at and try out the recommended beds. She gave us each a pillow to take with us to try each bed. We must have tried six beds and decided that, as older people, the Tempur beds did not allow us to get out easily but the Therapur Actigel Mattress gave us the right support. We then asked about divans and Rosie recommended one to us. As this was the first bed shop we had visited we explained we would have a look at others and make our minds up. After visiting other stores we returned to see Rosie three days later and she remembered us. Again we were offered a drink but knew what we wanted this time and Rosie quickly and efficiently placed our order for us. Offering half price pillows and duvet, gave us a free mattress cover with the insurance and covered everything we needed to cover very professionally

Very professional, not trying to over or under sell the products. Gave a budget and a rough idea of what we wanted and they catered very well to it.

From the moment we walked through the door the service that we received was second to none and all staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable on all products that Dreams had to offer. At no point were we rushed in anyway to make a decision or pressured into making a purchase. On several occasions we were asked if we would like bottled water. The sleep match machine was a perfect way to help us choose our mattress that was tailored for our needs. The sales assistant led us to every mattress that was listed on our printout, we then had time to try and even revisit mattresses that we thought suited our needs for that perfect nights sleep.

We were greeted by Rosie at the telford branch, she was very professional gave us options, was not invasive or pushy with the sale, the choice of mattresses is very good, also the free bottle water was a nice touch, will definitely be back again for another in many years time.

The salesman was friendly, courteous and helpful. The bed base we were looking for was available to view in store, other colours available were also in the store and we were shown these also. Lots of information given about how Dreams would recycle the old bed and we would be provided with bags to put the two halves in. Shaun was very informative about this.

Greeted professionally. Shaun showed sound understanding of the Dreams products and advised on our personal needs. Very impressed with the service and dreams brand. I'm yet to sleep on the mattress because the delivery timescales are ridiculous. But that's a covid problem I'm told. Not the staff at the stores fault.

The customer service offered by Harj (manager) was excellent. He was extremely patient and took time to understand our needs and make appropriate recommendations. There was no pushy sales technique which we really appreciated. A very pleasant buying experience- highly recommended!
