Dreams - Fareham

Jennifer was so good during our first visit and dealt well with us. We came in with our children and she got a pillow for our eldest child so she could feel involved which she was so happy about. Jennifer listened to us and didn’t dismiss our concerns about the different types of mattresses. We came back the next day to purchase when she wasn’t there and the guy with the long beard (sorry I didn’t get his name) was so polite whilst helping others

The store was fairly busy on arrival but we were still greeted and asked if any help was required. At this point I did decline but released I did need help as the bed I liked was displayed in a different colour. I then asked if I could see a colour chart for it and not only got this but shown a different bed in the colour I like so I could see better. I was then asked/offered more help for mattress including the sleep test which was very smart. Service throughout was perfect!

Jennifer was very competent in dealing with us, and was willing to spend as much time as we needed to help us.

I was greeted straight away, the staff member was very helpful from the get go. I explained why I needed a new mattress and was put on the sleep machine. It was excellent and quick at telling us what mattress I needed. I then tried some out and brought one. From start to finish it was very good service, i Would recommend dreams fareham to anyone.

I found the sleep match technology worked very well to figure out our needs in a bed! Edward was very kind and helpful, showing us around each mattress within our budget.

Ed, the store colleague, was very informative giving all the information we required, but was not in any way pushy and left us all the time we required to make up our minds. He made it clear where he would be if we had any questions about anything.

Customer service and knowledge of products

Ed the guy who helped us went out of his way to please us and to make sure we had the item we needed. He showed us the test bed first and the wife and I spent 5 or 6 min on it to get the best mattress for the both of us he told us it picks out the best one but may not be the best price. He then showed us what was available and again once I told him the price we could go to he took us to one within out price range and with my defence discount we got a great deal and a free mattress protector.
