Ed was extremely patient and knowledgeable about the products, I was shopping with my elderly parents, he took his time and answered all our questions, arranged a delivery to suit us, he's a credit to your company.

Ad soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a salesperson. I knew what I wanted and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in determining my needs.

The assistant Simon was a mine of information and gave personalised advice which certainly helped us make a decision. He was totally professional in his approach.

We have used Dreams before, and was very happy with what we had purchased, so we wanted to buy from them again. We like the friendly approach, made us feel important, put us first, and the sales person called Simon was very informative, helpful and understanding. We are looking forward to our order arriving in a couple of weeks 😊
