Dreams - Fareham

Julie was very helpful excellent product knowledge and not pushy just informative and helpful. I also spoke to Neil when placing order and he was very helpful. Friendly and simple to deal with very happy

We entered the store in Fareham and although we had to wait a few minutes for an assistant we went on the dream machine to find the perfect bed and although the top recommended bed was out of our price range the second recommended one was available. The knowledge of Simon the assistant was very good and made the whole experience very easy to select the best bed for our needs. On the whole a very smooth process.

Greeted by sales person on entry and asked if they could help. Advised them what product we were interested and were taken to ot to try straight away. Paper placed over pillow for hygiene purposes. Sales person knew all about the product. Was not pushy and gave us opportunity to lay on mattress several times to be sure. Made a cup of tea. Explained about mattress protection and free protector. Again not pressurised.

Jennifer made it very easy , although they were very busy the customer service was still fantastic

The shop assistant Julie was very helpful and knowledgeable . She did not rush us and have us time to decide on our purchase. A excellent service and we would highly recommend dreams Fareham to others.

Although it was busy in the store when we arrived. We were spoken to fairly quickly. The store assistant juggled two clients very well and was very helpful.

The customer service was great, wasn't pestered, but felt welcomed by the guy who dealt with me.

The staff were extremely helpful. We were directed to the Bed Scanner where a list of suitable beds were shown to us. We tried out all the beds and picked our favourite one. Which unfortunately was out of stock and we will have to wait at least 3 months for, or longer. The actual bed was superb, we ordered it straight away and now just have to wait. We were offered a coffee and the man serving us couldn't have been any kinder or knowledgeable, we were both very impressed. We were given the option of a free mattress protector or a discounted one, we chose the discounted one, which unfortunately wasn't in the size we needed. So that will be delivered separately.

The lady at Dreams Fareham spent so much time with us ensuring we got exactly what we needed. She was so kind, she gave our 5 year old a book to keep her entertained and me a cuppa! That magic machine told us exactly what we would choose. We really enjoyed our visit and can't wait for our new bed to arrive! Thank you.

Ed was an excellent sales assistant, knowledgeable and polite and friendly. Excellent service!
